Start with the specific product
We identify a listing by its product name and configuration, then check documentation where available. Dimensions, accessory counts and load claims can vary within a brand. We do not transfer specifications between configurations solely because they share a photo or similar title.
Product specification tables distinguish listing claims from manufacturer documentation. Capacity figures retain their stated conditions; we do not treat an advertised maximum as a tested recommendation.
Recommendations have a purpose
A recommendation is an editorial assessment of suitability for a particular task, based on documented features. It is not a laboratory ranking, hands-on test or guarantee of performance. We explain the tradeoff—storage, fixture access, top size or mobility—rather than declaring every product the best.
Sources, uncertainty and corrections
Technical guides link to primary sources so readers can inspect the original instructions. A source date or catalog-check date is not a promise that an offer will stay unchanged. Consult the current manufacturer instructions and exact seller listing before ordering.
If specifications conflict, we retain the uncertainty or omit the value. We do not publish star ratings or review counts that we cannot substantiate.
